At Medixbab, we understand the importance of keeping you informed about the status of your orders. Our “Track Order” feature allows you to easily monitor your shipment from the moment it leaves the warehouse until it arrives at your doorstep.
How to Track Your Order
Follow these simple steps to track your order:
- Log In to Your Account:
- If you have an account, log in using your email and password.
- Once logged in, go to the “Order History” section in your account dashboard.
- Locate Your Order:
- In the “Order History” section, find the order you want to track.
- Click on the order number to view detailed information about the order.
- Tracking Number:
- Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be generated and displayed under the “Shipment Details” section of your order.
- Copy the tracking number for further use.
- Track Your Shipment:
- You can either click on the tracking number directly (if it is linked) to be redirected to the courier’s website, or visit the courier’s tracking page (such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx).
- Paste the tracking number into the appropriate field on the courier’s site to view the real-time status of your package.
Track Without an Account
If you checked out as a guest and do not have an account, you can still track your order:
- Go to the Track Order section on the Medixbab homepage.
- Enter your order number and the email address used to place the order.
- Click “Track” to view the status of your shipment.
Tracking Updates
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your order. You will also receive notifications if there are any major updates, such as:
- Order Processed: Your order has been successfully processed and is ready for shipment.
- Shipped: Your package is on its way.
- Out for Delivery: Your package is out for delivery and should arrive soon.
- Delivered: Your package has been successfully delivered.
Shipping Delays
In rare cases, shipments may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs clearance, weather conditions, etc.). If your shipment is delayed, please refer to the tracking information provided or contact us for further assistance.
What If My Tracking Number Doesn’t Work?
Sometimes it can take a few hours for tracking information to update after the package has been shipped. If your tracking number does not show any details or is not working, try checking again in a few hours or the next business day.
