- Confirm your order, and you’ll receive an order confirmation via email.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. To make changes, please contact our support team as soon as possible at support@medixbab.com. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Can I reorder a previous purchase?
Yes, you can easily reorder previous purchases by visiting your account’s “Order History” section. Find the item you wish to reorder and click “Reorder.”
